This picture is from last year and it fills me with all the *feels* even more than last year. Jaxson doesn’t look like this anymore. Jaxson has changed so much both physically and emotionally this year that I see pictures from last year and I’m astonished! And then I get all emotional that he’s growing up so fast. I mean he turned in his first book report this morning! These feelings I’m feeling are why I LOVEEEEEE photography. It makes me so happy that I took the time to take this picture. It’s so easy to postpone photography with our children. Our hair needs cutting, I’m not at a great weight, the sports schedules are insane, my partner hates pictures, my kids won’t behave and guess what- all of that is truly possible but it really doesn’t matter. Last year when this picture was taken it was October, which means it was the height of my peek season. That means insane stress, little time, lack of sleep and big old black circles under my eyes. But the tress were pretty and we did it. When I look at this picture I don’t recall the stress. I’m SOOOO happy to have this picture- my son probably would not give me a big old kiss on the cheek this year- he’s tooooo cool now! So, get in the frame parents! DO IT!!!!!
If you’re local, I’m offering mini sessions!! Let’s get you in some photographs!
