Santa Cruz Family Photography!
Easter 2014 in Santa Cruz! Every year my sister holds an Easter egg hunt at her house for a bunch of friends! Ahhh, it was such a warm and sunny day, perfect for celebrating! Easter also happened to land on my birthday this year so it was extra fun for me! This is the crew listening to their instructions for the hunt! 
This year there was even a “little guys” section for Jax and his friend Jack!
Jack, a few years older than Jax was like a mini pro Easter egg hunter! Won’t be too long til he’s in there with the big kids!
Jax is now old enough to understand Easter egg hunting which is great but not nearly as sweet as still being young enough to hold our hands and give us kisses! We have been cherishing these moments as we watch Jax grow more and more independent every day. 
The boys check out their goods while Scout, my sister’s puppy watches longingly from the window! 
Jax is quite keen on Bella, my sister’s niece through marriage. Who can blame him, this strawberry blond is as sweet as she is adorable!!
The older girls deal with the heard of boys mainly by ignoring them, very smart- keep it up!
And finally our annual Easter picture!!! Much harder to capture compared to last year and I have a sneaking feeling it’s just going to get harder and harder with each passing year! Big thanks to my sister and her hubby for always making Easter so sweet!
Awww! I have a niece who is about 3 and thinks that both Santa Claus and the Easter Bunny are evil because they illegally enter her house and leave things there. Her grandmother is in despair that she won’t do ANY traditional holiday activities. This is a roundabout way of saying I’m glad that Jax seems to be avoiding this and is having proper fun collecting Easter eggs!!! Beautiful family! 🙂

OH MY GOODNESS!! Jax is just the cutest!! I can’t even take it!! So adorable seeing him egg hunt and I absolutely love the pictures of you guys together kissing and holding hands. So sweet! =)
What a lovely Easter celebration! It’s so sweet to see the family traditions starting now and these are going to be the memories and photos that Jax cherishes when he’s older. Love all the fun in the photos plus your family photo 🙂
